Overview

: We're seeking a Studio Sales Lead to oversee all day- to-day and business operations to provide full support for our amazing estheticians, receptionists, and clients. This includes scheduling facials, welcoming guests, checking in/out guests, problem-solving, sales metrics and keeping the studio organized. The Studio Sales Lead will also be responsible for maximizing sales productivity, profitability, client retention and inventory control. This position is eligible for a sales incentive program with the ability to earn an additional $7,000-$10,000 a year.

Responsibilities

:

• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet sales goals for product, membership and enhancements
• Manage and populate trackers as necessary (client, profit, inventory, marketing, etc.)
• Responsible for all daily operations, including driving sales, and providing the best customer relations in a timely manner
• Lead sales meetings and help increase sales
• Monitor inventory levels and order inventory as needed
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift

Requirements

:

• Ability to work full-time including weekends and evenings (~35-38 hours a week)
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
• Maintain the CYDF brand's distinct culture and community
• 2+ years of sales experience in retail/salon hospitality, health + fitness and or restaurants preferred
• A LOVE for customer service
• Amazing communication skills must be able to set clear expectations and give/ receive feedback clearly and effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
