Membership Sales Specialist - Fix-It 24/7 (Colorado) $23/hour + commission Monday-Friday | 9-5 or 10-6 Colorado | In-Office Role

Fix-It 24/7 is Colorado's trusted home services company, providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions with unbeatable customer service. We're growing fast and we need an energetic, people-loving Membership Sales Specialist to help us expand our membership program and build lasting client relationships. This is not a typical customer service job. Instead of waiting for calls, you'll be proactively reaching out, engaging with homeowners, and representing our brand at community events.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients by phone--outbound calls with a provided list
• Follow up with homeowners who didn't convert during their initial HVAC service visit
• "Clean up" and manage our membership database to ensure accuracy
• Deliver legendary customer service with a friendly, upbeat personality
• Represent the Fix-It 24/7 brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Attend company-sponsored events (like Rockies and Broncos games) to represent Fix-It 24/7 and sign up new members on-site What We're Looking For

• Strong phone sales experience and proven communication skills
• Solid computer skills to manage data and client notes
