Responsibilities

:

• Support sales growth through informative in-person introduction of client products and services within the local region.
• Develop meaningful, lasting customer relationships that build loyalty, repeat business, and long-term engagement.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information learned during Customer Sales Trainee training.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, and apply what you learn to grow within this entry-level opportunity.
• Keep accurate, detailed records of customer interactions to ensure consistency and personalized sales follow-ups.
• Serve as a trusted resource by showcasing product benefits and value, rather than relying on discounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Sales Trainee team members to ensure both client satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

of an AT &T Customer Representative - Entry Level:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a similar position.
• Reliability and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An energetic professional with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting both customers and Customer Sales Trainee colleagues.
• An interest in business, sales, client relations, or strategy development is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $975.00 - $1,500.00 per week
