Overall, a salesperson is responsible for maximizing sales and the customer experience in stores through successful day-to-day interactions, supporting an excellent customer experience, and ensuring that we continually improve sales and exceed customers' expectations. Responsibilities

include:

• Greeting and explaining all products to customers.
• understanding and teaching products on the sales floor
• Being a leader in Product knowledge and ensuring that you are extremely knowledgeable of the products on the sales floor.
• Having excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills with a proactive approach
• Listening and asking questions to determine the needs of every customer.
• Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly shopping environment and responding to customers with exceptional customer service skills
• Being able to push boundaries and be excited by new challenges
• Being professional and ensuring that you meet our expectations (including dress code, appearance, and friendly behaviors)

Requirements

include:

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment for success
• Skills to proactively manage customer situations
• Hardworking while being attentive to details
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Maintain an unbreakable positive attitude We offer a competitive hourly salary for our sales associates. We are an EOE employer. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.90 - $31.19 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
