Overview

: We're seeking a motivated Surgical Sales Representative to support active case coverage and business development in El Paso and Las Cruces. The ideal candidate is an experienced OR professional with a strong understanding of surgical procedures, hospital protocols, and biologic or implantable products.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Cover scheduled surgical cases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators.
• Educate clinicians and staff on product use and handling.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts.
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and facility access requirements.

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in surgical or medical device sales (biologics, spine, orthopedics, OB/GYN preferred).
• Active hospital credentials or ability to obtain them quickly.
• Familiarity with OR protocols and sterile technique.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between El Paso and Las Cruces.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Compensation

:

• Competitive base pay + commission on personal sales and new business.
