Retail Account Representative - ENTRY-LEVEL Job

Overview

Advantage Marketing Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Retail Account Representative to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in retail sales, account support, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Retail Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to support existing accounts, introduce products and services, and help drive growth within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage in retail settings through providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships
• Act as a point of contact & assisting with product information, promotions, and account needs
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs
• Assist with territory organization, lead generation, and daily account activity
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to execute sales and marketing initiatives
• Track customer interactions and account activity using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in sales, communication, and account management
• Represent Advantage Marketing Solutions professionally and ethically in all customer interactions

Qualifications

& Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail or face-to-face environment
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team setting
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage daily responsibilities effectively
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus but training is provided What We Offer
