Sales Associate with Food Services (Ditsch Products) JOB SUMMARY Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment and providing exceptional customer service? OXXO USA is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Sales Associate with Food Services to join our team at one of our retail locations featuring Ditsch, a globally recognized brand known for its artisan-quality pretzels, pizzas, and baked snacks. As a Sales Associate, you'll be hands-on in preparing and serving freshly baked Ditsch products while delivering a warm, welcoming experience to every customer. You'll help bring Ditsch's European baking tradition to life-- blending OXXO USA's convenience excellence with Ditsch's commitment to quality, freshness, and great taste. As part of the OXXO USA team, you'll help uphold these standards and ensure every guest enjoys a fresh, flavorful experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, bake, and serve Ditsch products such as pretzels, pizzas, and baked snacks according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly handled, and consistently presented throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized food prep area, service counter, and display case.
• Provide excellent customer service--greeting guests, answering product questions, and assisting with orders.
• Operate food service equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Assist with stocking, rotating inventory, and checking product expiration dates.
• Handle transactions accurately at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Support store operations by keeping shelves stocked, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Promote the Ditsch brand by showcasing enthusiasm, knowledge, and pride in the products served. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• One (1) or more years of experience in food service, quick service restaurant, bakery, or retail with food handling (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Food handler certification (must obtain within required time after hire).
• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Schedule flexibility, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move product, and stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
