Business Developer / Account Manager Industry: Water & Fire Damage Restoration North Chicago, IL Salary: $75,000-$85,000 Base + Commission ----- Our client is a growing water and fire damage restoration company with a strong, positive company culture. They value teamwork, accountability, and people who want to grow. The Role: We're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Rep with a restoration industry background who's ready to make an impact. This is a relationship- driven role focused on growing the company presence in the market. What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain referral relationships with: Insurance Agents, Property Managers and other strategic partners
• Prospect and develop new accounts through in-person visits
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Increase brand visibility and market share
• Track activity and follow up consistently What We're Looking For
• Outside sales experience in the restoration industry (required)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
