Qualifications

:

• Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous sales experience not a requirement.
• Ability to lead, take charge, and offer direction
• Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems
• Initiative-willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges
• Maintain valid driver's license

Responsibilities

:

• Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the Tim Dahle brand.
• Be a teacher and support the efforts of other employees to ensure success.
• Willingness to learn
• Use CRM and follow up with customers
• Knowledge of inventory on site.
• Maintainability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
