Outside Sales Representative - Northern Colorado. "Longmont, Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, etc," Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Commission and Bonuses Are you motivated not only by making money but also by helping people find meaningful employment? If so, we want you to join our team! We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell staffing services to the construction, warehouse, and light industrial industries. Prior outside sales experience is not required--we will train the right person! Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
• Compile leads from various sources (lead generation tools, directories, networking events, etc.)
• Travel within the Northern Colorado area to meet with clients and prospects
• Quote pricing and credit terms, prepare sales contracts, and assist clients with onboarding
• Conduct job site surveys for new and existing clients
• Prepare periodic sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records in proprietary software
• Attend after-hours networking events and be available to take client calls on nights and weekends What We 're Looking For:
