Company Description (ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE AND HAVE A LICENSE TO SELL INSURANCE) El Paso largest and best locally owned independent insurance agency is growing. We are seeking to add a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist our personal lines clients with their automobile, home, and umbrella insurance.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual
• Should be licensed for insurance in the state of TX
• Background in insurance processing / servicing

Job Description

Our personal lines account managers answer incoming calls and provides service to the callers (policyholders and producers).

Responsibilities

include:

• Provide accurate and professional answers for routine insurance questions, for example, status of accounts, billing, and coverage questions
• Provide quotes, advice, and policy options for clients
• Determine when and how to escalate calls if they can not be resolved Must have a Texas Insurance License (general lines) Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
