Vichy Marketing is seeking Entry-Level Customer Sales Associates to join our growing team in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a retail environment, enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, and are motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

What You'll Do

:

• Represent our clients inside retail partner locations across Oak Brook and surrounding areas (local travel up to 30 miles).
• Greet and engage customers, provide product and service information, and generate leads or sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting weekly sales and engagement goals.
• Work full-time shifts on your feet (8 hours), with start times at 7:30 AM or 10:30 AM.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds as part of the role.
• Attend in-person meetings and training sessions to learn sales processes, software tools, and client updates.
• Follow company standards in communication, professionalism, and appearance. Schedule

Requirements

:

• Full-time (40 -42 hours per week).
• Must be available at least 3 weekdays plus 1 weekend day.
• Flexible scheduling options available for days off, but weekend availability is required.

• Hourly Base Pay: $16 - $20 (depending on experience).
• Weekly Pay Structure: Base + uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Earning Potential: $800 - $1,800 per week (average performers). Top performers earn $1,500 - $2,500 per week.
