Job Summary

AT&T Business provides wireless, mobility, and connectivity solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, including business wireless plans, devices, and scalable connectivity services. Aurelia Technologies is an authorized AT &T dealer specializing in B2B wireless and connectivity solutions. We are hiring AT &T B2B Authorized Sales Agents to work directly with business clients through consultative sales. This is a hybrid role: field sales, remote work, and in-office collaboration. This is not retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T business solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, along with upselling solutions tailored to your client needs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status for reporting purposes. Work Structure
• 1099 independent contractor
• Commission-only with uncapped earnings
• Full-time or part-time
• Hybrid: field, remote, and office-based work
• Must be able to commute to the Schaumburg area as needed

Compensation

Typical Monthly Earnings (Performance-Based):

• Ramp-up: $4,000 -$5,000
• Qualified agents: $6,000 -$7,000
• Top performers: $8,000 -$10,000+
• Tier-based bonuses available
• Full commission details reviewed during interviews

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suited for direct sales environments.
• Ability to work independently as an authorized AT&T agent while maintaining a professional approach aligned with corporate standards.
• Experience in retail sales or technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
