Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Summer Sales Leader to join Tide Marketing! This role is ideal for individuals passionate & hungry for sales success and financial providence! We are looking for stars who are passionate about developing to their highest potential, passionate about customer service & sales, and looking to developing leadership skills while making second-to- none sales success during the summer season. The Summer Sales Leader will perform very simple, tried and true door-to-door sales engagements, motivate team members, and ensure excellent customer interactions to drive crazy business growth. This paid position offers valuable experience in sales management and team coordination within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily and weekly simple sales door-to-door.
• Collaborate, develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the summer season
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and fostering positive relationships
• Train new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and adjust tactics as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in all interactions
• Organize promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
• Access to training course built by owner Nate Holley 1M personally serviced revenue in 5 months
• sell on a team with multiple Golden Door winners & sell directly with owner - opportunity to help build and own equity into company Skills
• Strong background in customer service with the ability to connect with diverse clients, with door-to-door highly preferred
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire others
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Positive attitude, flexibility, proactive approach, and enthusiasm for helping customers and team members succeed
