We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Service Technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy helping homeowners solve problems while earning based on their performance. Position

Overview

This is a sales-oriented service technician position. You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing customer water treatment systems while identifying opportunities to improve their water quality through upgrades or additional products. Your compensation is directly tied to the revenue you generate -- the more value you bring to customers, the more you earn. We will provide you with 6-8 Service calls per day from our dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential water filtration and softener systems
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Educate homeowners on water quality solutions and recommend system upgrades or maintenance plans
• Maintain accurate service records and customer communications
• Keep service vehicle clean, stocked, and organized

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, water treatment, or mechanical repair preferred Training on the specific equipment will be provided
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
