• Meet with customers in-home, present solutions, and close deals (typically a one-call close)
• Create a prospecting plan in collaboration with leadership
• Manage an active sales pipeline and provide daily activity reporting via CRM
• Hand off sold projects seamlessly to installation crews
• Schedule jobs sold and maintain updated schedules
• Represent Croc Coatings at events and occasional weekend appointments Pay & Incentives:
• Commission-only role with $80K -$160K+ annual potential
• No cap on earnings + performance bonuses
• Leads provided, plus freedom to build your own pipeline Schedule & Location:
• Full-time, based in Post Falls, ID
• Evening and occasional weekend work required for customer availability Must-Haves:
• 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement or construction preferred)
• Valid driver's license + reliable insured vehicle
• Comfortable with outbound sales and self-driven prospecting
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems
