Job Title: Producer- Insurance Industry Location: Southwest Suburb of Chicago, IL (Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days Onsite Required) Client Partnered With: SVS Group Staffing About the Opportunity: Our client, a well-established and growing Insurance agency located in Tinley Park, IL, is seeking an experienced and driven Producer to join their energetic team. Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and grow your own book of business while identifying new client opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative insurance solutions
• Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct coverage reviews, policy renewals, and risk assessments
• Stay current with insurance market trends and regulatory changes in Illinois What We're Looking For:
• Minimum of 3 years of Insurance Sales or Broker experience
• Active Illinois Insurance License required
• Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing a book of business
• Stable job history (limited job hopping preferred)
• Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week (with potential for full-time in-office)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
