Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level or mid-level Call Center Representative with a strong desire to learn sales skills and grow within a performance-driven environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who is new to sales but brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached. This person will need to be local to Conway, Arkansas. • Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems

Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally
• Introduce products or services and identify customer needs
• Follow call scripts while developing natural conversation skills
• Accurately document calls and outcomes in the system
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
