Job Summary

Sunrise Chevrolet is looking for experienced, Client Care Center Specialists to join our sales and service teams (separate roles). This is not your typical "dealership bdc". We strive to be the best in Chicagoland in everything that we do and it all starts with our Client Care Center. We are looking for true professionals who take pride in what they do and want to be recognized and rewarded for their skills and effort. What you 'll do Qualified candidates should be experts in responding to internet leads, providing outstanding customer service, have solid product knowledge and be engaging. Our service specialists must have the ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and manage critical follow-up campaigns. As a team, we handle in excess of 1200 internet sales leads a month and schedule over 1300 monthly service appointments and growing! Preferred qualifications

• Previous Automotive Dealership or Service Center Experience is required
• Familiarity with Vin Solutions or similar CRM

: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
