What You Will Do

You will be the face of Car World Conway and a key part of the customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and online
• Help customers find a vehicle they love and explain financing options clearly
• Work daily leads and follow up with customers alongside our BDC team
• Post and manage vehicle listings and promotions on social media (yes, Facebook Marketplace counts)
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and showroomready
• Inspect vehicles daily and assist with lot setup and security
• Represent Car World's values with professionalism and integrity What We Are Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Selfmotivated and dependable with consistent attendance
• Comfortable using CRM systems and social media
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Sales experience is a plus, but we train the right person What We Offer

• Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday ; 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
