Start Your Career as an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative at PB Hoidale Company! PB Hoidale Company is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

: First Year:

• Learn about our products, services, and industry standards.
• Assist in lead generation and client relationship building.
• Attend client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Communicate the value of our products and services.
• Prepare quotes and shadow an experienced Sales Rep to gain hands-on experience. After the First Year:
• Manage your own sales territory.
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings independently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Generate sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends by attending events and trade shows.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within your sales territory.

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license.
• Background check, physical, and drug screen.
• High School diploma or GED.

• Base salary $55,000
