Duties

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce AT&T products and services to residential customers.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of AT&T offerings, including internet, TV, and wireless plans.
• Utilize sales techniques such as negotiation, warm calling, and business development strategies to close sales.
• Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Follow up with potential clients via outbound calling and telemarketing methods to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to enhance sales effectiveness. Experience
• Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in technology sales or technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to develop new business through outbound calling and marketing strategies.
