Overview

Maximum Roofing Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a driven individual who enjoys working with homeowners and builders, building relationships, and helping clients protect their homes and properties with quality roofing solutions. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with customers, providing estimates, and closing sales. No roofing experience is required--we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Meet with homeowners and builders to evaluate roofing needs
• Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
