Key Responsibilities

: - Manage and service personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, renters insurance, etc. - Assist clients with new business quotes, policy renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims. - Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients have the appropriate coverage based on their needs. - Assist the Commercial Lines Department with customer service needs such as COI's, Bonds, Billing, and Endorsements. - Provide prompt and accurate quotes for new and existing clients. - Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. - Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to process applications, endorsements, and claims. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client account in the agency management system. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to ensure clients have comprehensive coverage. - Stay current on industry trends, coverage options, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Bi-Lingual is a plus! - Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting in a customer service role. - Strong communication, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
