Calavan & Co. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

:

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales appointments and ensure appointment shows
• Follow up with leads internet, phone, and showroom to engage customers
• Build strong customer relationships and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Use CRM tools to track communication, schedule follow-ups, and log opportunities
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements

:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Internet Sales Associate REQUIRED!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and digital communication
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player
• Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
