Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Engage with customers professionally, addressing their needs, answering questions, and promoting additional products through upselling techniques
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including invoices and route logs, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date
• Conduct merchandising activities at customer locations to ensure proper product placement and presentation
• Manage heavy lifting 30-60 pounds tasks to load and unload products efficiently while following safety protocols
• Optimize route efficiency through effective planning and organization to meet delivery schedules
• Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service Skills
• Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of route driving best practices
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Knowledge of merchandising standards to enhance product visibility at customer sites
• Physical strength for lifting tasks involved in loading/unloading cargo safely
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and maintain accurate records
