Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will support business development efforts by assisting with client outreach, relationship building, and account support. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospective clients
• Assist with identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
• Support account management and follow up on client needs
• Learn and present our staffing and HR service offerings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the recruiting and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
• Represent the company professionally at all times
