Duties

• Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cashiering and cash handling practices.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that reflects the brand's image and values.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and boost sales.
• Analyze retail math metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Supervising experience is essential for leading a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly manner.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail transactions.
