Qualifications

• Recruiting/Hiring & Staffing Experience: A solid background in the staffing industry, especially in a temporary labor market.
• Management Experience: At least 5 years in a staffing environment, leading teams to excellence.
• Communication Skills: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
• Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure top-tier service, sales, and professionalism for clients and team members.
• Candidate Identification: Utilize various methods like job postings, resume searches, and networking to find top talent.
• Client Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and efficient filling of client orders.
• Applicant Process Management: Oversee the applicant process and follow up with clients regularly.
• Policy Adherence: Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
• Performance Standards: Ensure staff meets and exceeds performance benchmarks. Staffing Branch Manager Desired Experience:
• Staffing Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in staffing, with experience in recruiting, hiring, and staffing.
