Compensation

: Base Salary + Commission Advanced Power Cleaning is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our pressure washing services across the Richmond area. This role involves field work, including meeting clients on-site, evaluating jobs, and providing estimates. Sales experience is preferred but not required for the right self- starter.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate new business and follow up on leads
• Conduct on-site visits to assess jobs and provide quotes
• Present service options to customers clearly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track leads and progress using CRM tools
• Achieve sales goals consistently

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with field work and in-person client meetings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
