We are a non-medical home care agency with locations in Pennsylvania, Missouri, New Jersey, Indiana, New York and Ohio. We are looking for the right candidate to join our Bayside location. This position will require to speak with potential clients/caregivers to explain the Medicaid programs through which the client can obtain a home care caregiver. Candidate will be required to sign up clients that are eligible for services to be referred to care management. Continuous follow up will be required until client has been onboarded with us. Those with a healthcare background preferred. Need to be able to interact with potential clients and accurately explain our offerings to clients. Sales experience is a major plus! This is a sale position, so the ideal candidate will need to be able to sell our home care services to potential clients. Candidate knowledge of PA Medicaid programs is also a plus but not required. Base salary with quarterly bonuses up to $90,000 yearly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
