• Exciting Sales Opportunity in the Fitness Industry - HOTWORX 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio HOTWORX is a revolutionary infrared fitness studio and the first to implement 3-Dimensional Training -- combining Heat + Infrared Energy + Exercise for exceptional results. Members enjoy 24-hour access to workouts like HOT Yoga, HOT Cycle, HOT Buns and more, all led by virtual instructors in semi- private infrared saunas that deliver more results in less time. We're expanding our team and hiring for Membership Sales & Marketing roles. • Sales Associate (Primary Focus on Membership Sales + Phone Outreach) What You 'll Do
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly membership sales goals
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm & cold leads
• Convert trials and inquiries into paying, long-term members
• Provide studio tours that highlight the HOTWORX value and close on the spot
• Execute local marketing outreach and represent HOTWORX in the community
• Support retention through strong onboarding & member experience Management-track candidates should also be able to:
• Motivate, coach, and lead a sales-driven team
• Hit personal sales targets consistently while developing others to do the same Ideal Candidates
• Previous sales experience required -- phone sales strongly preferred
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by commissions + performance bonuses
• Confident communicator who enjoys closing deals and handling objections
• Passionate about fitness and helping others look & feel their best
