In this role, you will take the lead on generating new business. building strong client relationships, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Insurance Licensed in Property & Casualty Required
• Excellent Communication, presentation and Relationship-Building skills
• Self-Motivated, goal-oriented and coachable
• Team Player who thrives in fast-paced, positive environment
• Multiple Incentives for Bilingual
• Sales Experience is Preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Generate New Business through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Consult with clients to asses their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life , Commercial etc)
• Present Quotes, explain coverages and close sales -Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and Follow -up on referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, Carrier Products, and Underwriting Guidelines
