: Bronco Distribution is a fast-growing B2B distributor serving smoke shops, vape stores, and convenience retailers across the U.S. We're known for our curated product lines, fast same-day fulfillment, and a team culture that values hustle, consistency, and growth. What You 'll Do:

• Manage and grow wholesale customer accounts via phone and email
• Contact existing and new leads to drive sales and close deals
• Recommend and up-sell products based on customer needs
• Log activity and follow-ups using internal tools (training provided)
• Work with fulfillment and management to ensure excellent customer experience
• Share insights to help improve sales and team performance
• Visit customers for follow ups or product promotions. What We 're Looking For:
• 1+ year of B2B or phone-based sales experience preferred
• Clear, confident phone communication skills
• Motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Comfortable with basic CRM tools or quick to learn
• Experience with smoke, vape, or C-store products is a bonus Pay & Incentives:
• $45,000-$50,000 base salary
• Uncapped commissions
• Quarterly bonuses
