Key Responsibilities

: Sales & Business Development

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key decision-makers
• Conduct in-person sales visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to drive branch revenue
• Negotiate client agreements and pricing based on market conditions and company guidelines Branch Operations
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage a team of recruiters and support staff to meet branch goals
• Ensure all placements meet client expectations and service standards
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance of the branch Client & Talent Management
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified talent
• Resolve client or employee issues quickly and professionally

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field
• Strong background in B2B sales or business development
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM or staffing software is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,934.05 - $60,000.00 per year
