• Lead and motivate a retail sales team to meet and exceed goals
• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate and promote products to increase sales and brand awareness
• Support customers through the entire enrollment or purchase process
• Assist with merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining store appearance
• Resolve customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner What We 're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy retail environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and POS systems)
