Smart Choice is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong sales skills, and the ability to provide exceptional, personalized service. You will assist customers in selecting suits and accessories while ensuring an outstanding in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
• Assist customers with suit selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge of suits, shirts, accessories, and current trends
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
• Resolve customer questions or concerns in a positive and professional manner
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Qualifications

& Skills

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (fashion or menswear a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in engaging with customers and closing sales
• Attention to detail, especially with sizing and fit
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
