Sales Administrative Assistant / Customer Service (Experienced) Complete Trailers LLC - Denver, CO Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Schedule: Day shift + Saturday mornings

About the Role

Complete Trailers LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant / Customer Service professional to support our sales team at our Denver, Colorado location. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, administrative, and call-handling experience who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. This position plays a critical role in managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth sales process from first contact through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service to new and existing customers
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls related to trailer sales inquiries
• Respond promptly to emails, texts, and online messages
• Follow up with new leads and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM system
• Assist sales staff with daily administrative and support tasks
• Track inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are missed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or sales support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and office software
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check Schedule
• Monday -Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (During peak season months only) Pay &
