• Simplified Orientation : Starts online and concludes at your local terminal Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
• Work & Route
• Days/Shifts: Monday through Friday with mandatory 6th day when needed
• Hours: 8 to 14-hour days, varies on plant needs/changes and driver capacity
• Start Times: 11am, 3pm or 7pm
• Pickups/Deliveries: Typically 2 loads per day
• Driving/Delivery Area: Local loads from area processing plants to Mount Pleasant Rendering Plant, Rendering plant to feed mills and pet manufacturers
• Equipment: day cabs and sleeper trucks with automatic transmission
• Load: some live unload 40' - 45' hopper trailers, tankers, dump trailers. Approximately 80% pre-loaded and ready to pull
• Must be willing to cross train and pull hopper bottom and fat tanker loads when necessary
• Home Time: daily (rare occasions of spending the night in truck/motel) CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver

Requirements

:

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
