Title: Outside Sales Representative - Home Improvement | Chicago Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $100,000-$180,000+ per year (100% Commission)

Job Description

: Comer & Cross Concrete Floor Coatings is expanding across the Chicago market and is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role designed for driven sales professionals who are confident working in a performance-based environment and motivated by uncapped earning potential. What You 'll Do:

• Attend company-provided, pre-qualified appointments
• Conduct in-home consultations and product presentations
• Build rapport with homeowners and close sales on-site
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline using our CRM
• Deliver a professional, customer-first sales experience What We 're Looking For:
• Outside or in-home sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented What We Offer:
