With our rapid growth, we have 20 stores across Canada to-date and more to come! We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at American Dream Mall , and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a PT/FT Sales Associate.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner
• Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products
• Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience
• Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program
• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long term brand loyalty
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve target goals
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned What We're Looking For
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas
• Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature Vacancy type: New Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Application Question(s):
