Management is responsible for the achievement of store production goals; maintenance of company culture; store personnel training and operations. Essential functions of this position include:

• Driving sales through customer service and report analysis
• Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the store
• Upholding Company standards for merchandise presentation
• Participating in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring for sales associates, installers and Window Tinters.
• Issuing appropriate coaching to help team to excel in a commission base structure
• Participates in providing marketing, merchandising and housekeeping direction and reinforcement to the rest of the team
• Demonstrates proficiency in store balancing and closing paperwork/procedures as well as competency in POS and other standard store operational transactions
• Insuring compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures We're looking for:
• Prior successful Management experience required - 2 years minimum
• Desire and commitment to growth

• Consumer electronics experience/knowledge preferred
