Outside Parts Sales Representative Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive on customer service, closing deals and sustaining these relationships even after the sale? We are seeking a self-motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative for business-to-business parts sales through growing our current customer base and creating new customers by promoting our entire line of products and services for Freightliner. • Do you understand and are you able to apply proven sales concepts? The Job role:
• Drive growth of parts departments, customer base and profits.
• Promote the entire line of Freightliner products and programs to Wholesale Customers and be willing to go above and beyond to meet their needs.
• Work with Parts Manager to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads.
• Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with our parts team.
• Work with manufacturer's representatives to improve program offerings and grow customer knowledge.
• Engage customers and keep them connected through all Freightliner programs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer problems, complaints and questions in person, by telephone and through email.

Requirements

:

• 5+ years prior experience in a Retail or outside parts sales, experience with Freightliner is preferred.
• Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for sales calls, managing the customer's needs and expectations and communicate with your team effectively.
