We are hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales & Marketing Trainees. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in retail sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This role focuses on in-store, face-to- face customer engagement , not digital or remote marketing. No previous experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you build confidence, communication skills, and a strong foundation in sales and marketing. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide clear, engaging product demonstrations and information
• Support in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Assist with daily sales operations and team objectives
• Follow company policies, client guidelines, and customer service standards
• Learn basic leadership, teamwork, and sales techniques through ongoing training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication skills
