Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Bulla Gastrobar (Aventura, FL) Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: 50 Hours/Week Join the Opening Team at Bulla Aventura! Bulla Gastrobar is bringing its lively Spanish dining experience to Aventura, FL , and we're seeking an experienced and passionate AGM to help lead our opening team. This is a full-time position for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant operations and bar management. Our ideal candidate is a team builder who thrives in a high-volume, guest-forward environment, and who is passionate about driving results through leadership, accountability, and elevated service. What We Offer:

Responsibilities

:

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and team management
• Lead the bar program: seasonal cocktails, inventory, ordering, and training
• Drive sales and maintain cost controls in line with company goals
• Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Train and coach FOH team members; hold team accountable to performance expectations
• Oversee scheduling, shift execution, and guest satisfaction
• Address and resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 3-5 years of full-service restaurant experience
• At least 2 years of direct experience managing bar or beverage operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, beverage costing, and mixology
• Effective leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
