Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments and bookings accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records of bookings using data entry and Microsoft Office tools
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback
• Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy
• Utilize phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Support outbound calling campaigns to promote services and follow up on leads
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met effectively
• Maintain organized client files and documentation for easy access and reference Skills
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote additional services
• Excellent customer support and client service skills
• Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
• Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is a plus
• Good analysis skills to interpret client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Cash handling experience is advantageous
