Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Habberstad Kia, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process--from initial greeting to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast- paced environment, and is driven by performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Kia vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Work closely with management and finance to close deals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
