About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Roofing & Siding Evaluator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fieldwork, has a sharp eye for assessing exterior projects, and is also confident handling documentation, reporting, and minor repairs.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

(Roofing & Siding Evaluator): -Perform on-site evaluations of residential roofing and siding projects -Take accurate measurements -Communicate with building owners and project managers to clarify scope -Document findings and create project reports or estimates -Perform minor repairs (caulking gun with sealant etc) in a preliminary leak troubleshooting capacity -Collaborate with sales, production, and administrative teams to ensure job flow

Who You Are

• Comfortable working on-site and uploading pictures and evaluation notes
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Basic understanding of roofing/siding systems (or willing to learn)
• Confident communicator--both with customers and internal teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight
