Prevail RCM is a start-up revenue cycle company based in Pearland, Texas. We are in search of knowledgeable, self-motivated, and innovative healthcare professionals who are excited to help us grow an empire with limitless opportunities.

Position Summary

: The Patient Advocate is responsible for maintaining patient rights by educating patients; responding to patient and patient family complaints; resolving patient issues; reporting unresolved issues.

Responsibilities

:

• Resolves inbound calls/complaints by listening to patients and their families.
• Documents complaints in the Practice Management Software.
• Makes outbound calls to patients regarding open balances.
• Create payment plans or offer other financial assistance to patients to resolve balances.
• Negotiate balances to recover as much payment as possible.
• Handles patient callbacks from voicemail messages received.

Qualifications

for this position include:

• Must speak Spanish.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Must Type 45 WPM.
• Out of Network
