Mr. Formal is hiring an outbound caller to help connect with bridal leads and schedule in-store appointments. This is an in-person role at our Portland location , not remote. If you're comfortable on the phone, organized, and enjoy talking with people (especially brides), this is a great flexible, part-time position with room to earn more based on performance. What you 'll be doing

• Calling warm bridal leads (no cold calling lists)
• Following a simple, proven script with room for natural conversation
• Answering basic questions about Mr. Formal and our wedding services
• Scheduling appointments for grooms and wedding parties
• Updating notes and appointment outcomes accurately Schedule & Pay
• Part-time: ~20 hours per week
• Flexible days and hours
• $20 -$22/hour to start, depending on experience
• 60-day review with opportunity for spiffs/commission based on appointments scheduled What we 're looking for
• Clear, confident phone presence
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working toward appointment goals
• Sales, customer service, or call experience is a plus (but not required)
